How to Submit a Request
Send an email to support@sahlah.ai with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. Use the email address connected to your Sahllah account or enquiry whenever possible.
Information to Include
- Your full name.
- The email address used with Sahllah.
- Your WhatsApp number in international format, if you contacted us through WhatsApp.
- A short description of the account, campaign, form, booking, or conversation related to the request.
Identity Verification
To protect users from unauthorised deletion, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the account holder or the person associated with the data. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, or unnecessary identity documents.
Data Covered by a Request
Subject to verification and applicable law, a request may cover account and contact details, WhatsApp lead information and messages stored by Sahllah, qualification-form responses, Calendly booking information stored by Sahllah, support correspondence, and records held in our automation database or optional customer relationship management system.
Connected Service Providers
Sahllah may use service providers such as Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, n8n, Calendly, email providers, artificial-intelligence providers, hosting providers, advertising platforms, and Odoo when enabled. We will remove or request removal of eligible information under our control. Separate copies retained directly by a third-party provider may also be governed by that provider's own privacy and deletion process.
Information We May Retain
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, enforcement of agreements, or establishment of legal claims. Where full deletion is not permitted, access will be restricted and the information will be retained only for the necessary period.
Processing and Confirmation
We will acknowledge the request, verify it where necessary, and process it within a reasonable period subject to applicable law and technical requirements. We will send confirmation to the verified contact address when the request has been completed or explain any lawful limitation.
Stopping WhatsApp or Marketing Messages
To stop automated WhatsApp follow-ups, reply STOP or ask to unsubscribe. You may also email support@sahlah.ai. Opting out of messages does not automatically delete information already held, so submit a deletion request when deletion is also required.
